CONTACTING TEACHERS

If a teacher has asked you to contact them or if you are requesting a contact with the teacher there are three options. They are listed below.

1. Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences
   Attend on the evening of March 3rd. The interviews are between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. All teachers will be in the gym for 10 minute sessions on a first come/first served basis.
   Parents and students are encouraged to take full advantage of this chance to get information and suggestions for improvement.
    
2. Email
   You can use email to communicate with your child’s teachers. You can email the teacher and ask for an update on your son’s or daughter’s progress. The teacher will email you back with the information. A list of the Brooks teaching staff and their email addresses is on the top of this page. 3. Telephone
   You can use the telephone to communicate with teachers. Just phone 604 483-3171 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and leave your name, phone number, the best time to phone and the names of the teachers you would like to talk to. The message will be given to the teachers and they will call you back. A list of the Brooks teaching staff is on the top of this page.
